PERMASOFT 2120 Conc is a premium grade of non-ionic softener for cellulosic fibres and its blends.

CHARACTERISTICS & APPLICATIONS:

PERMASOFT 2120 Conc is used for softening and lubricating cellulosic fibres and its blends by padding method.

PERMASOFT 2120 Conc improves excellent softness on white fabrics and no yellowing.

PERMASOFT 2120 Conc is compatible resin finishing agents.

APPLICATION:

Dissolving Method:

PERMASOFT 2120 Conc is dissolved in water at room temperature and can be diluted as required for stock solutions.

Recommended Amount:

The required amount of PERMASOFT 2120 Conc is as below. In critical cases, preliminary trials are advisable.

                                    Padding method:

10.0 – 30.0 g/l     PERMASOFT 2120 Conc

Padding with liquor pick up 60-90%

At room temperature

Dry at 110 – 130⁰C
