Dissolving Method:
OILING CT 200 is dissolved in cold or warm water and can be diluted as required for stock solutions. |

The required amount of OILING CT 200 is as below. But it varies depending on the quality of yarn, machine, process, depth of dyes etc. In critical cases, preliminary trials are advisable.
Exhaust method:
5.0 10.0 gm/l OILING CT 200
Adjust pH 4.5~5.5,
At 40-500C temperature
Run for 15 min (until absorb chemical properly)
Unload yarn without rinsing
